Tyler Paul Smith is a lifelong resident of Cashtown Road in Bremen, Haralson County, Georgia, where he lives on his family's farm that is over 160 years old, with his wife and son. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina. After graduation, he returned to Georgia and obtained his law degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. In 2020, Tyler Paul was elected to the Georgia State House of Representatives for District 18, which includes Haralson County, rural north and west Carroll County, and southwest Paulding County. He serves as chairman of the Judiciary Non-Civil Committee and is also a member of the Insurance, Judiciary, and Small Business Development Committees. When not in session, Tyler Paul practices law in Bremen, his hometown.
